Geri
There's a beautiful music video posted on YouTube. Appears as though Sebastian shot the footage (or produced and edited it). It's Orlando bundled up in a parka, penguins, iceburgs, seals, and crystal clear water, and its all put to music by Damien Rice. What more could you ask for? It's absolutely stunning. I can't get through it once without getting all farklempt. Well done, gentlemen.
serendipity
Just beautiful. Now I know what it feels like to have the warm fuzzies.
Fleur
Stunning, indeed, Geri! I just love the look of delight on Orlando's face as the penguins skitter here and there. (Or whatever they do! ) And the scenery is breathtaking. (Probably the cold air is, too! But he seems to be doing just fine with it.) Sebastian's images and Damien's music complement each other so beautifully here. I'll be viewing this again and again. Thank you so much for the heads up, Geri! chitosmommy
Thank you for sharing this with us Geri. A beautiful video with such cute penguins. Orlando is not that bad either! You can tell he enjoyed his time there.

LadyNin
Wow. That little piece was stirring . rather filled me with awe - over the breathtaking landscape, the skill of the artist who captured it on video, how far-removed it is from the world we all know and inhabit and how beautiful . and threatened. How blessed is Orlando Bloom to have seen so much of this shrinking world, to have been to places like this and to have had experiences like this one. The shot of his face surrounded by that furry parka, looking into the wind is such a small moment of peace. Thanks for the link, Geri.
Galor5
It's an amazing video. I watched it earlier today and got so tickled watching the excitement on Orlando's face. The footage of him trying to take pictures of the penguins is too cute for words.

Patty
Thank-you for posting this link, Geri. :flowers: Really beautiful footage here and an added treat to see Orlando and Sebastian having such a good time. It is amazing to see the clear, blue water and the pristine air.
Welshwoman
The penguins, the penguins . adorable! And the seals, the ice, the clean, clear water, the colors of the sky and Orlando's look of delight. A stunning video by Sebastian. Thanks so much for bringing this one to us, Geri. Donna
What an amazing trip that must have been! I seriously think Antarctica is one of the places I am going to want to visit sometime in my life, if at all possible. So stunning. Extremely cute grin on Orlando's face with the penquins! Thank you for letting us know about it - I would miss so many things if it weren't for this site.
cinemapersians
Geri, thank you so much for posting the link to that video! I just watched it, and all I can say is cute, cute, cute - the penguins, of course! If we don't stop Global Warming, this beautiful part of our planet will sadly be no more. Everyone should think about that the next time they are about to throw away a soda can or plastic bottle instead of recycling it. This area is breathtaking and ever changing and not to be missed for anyone who gets a chance to go. The "Eskimo" wasn't too bad either! - Pam-

Maethoriel
What an adorable and beautiful video! That one's been added to my favorites for sure. Those images were amazing, and it's so great to finally see some video snips of Orlando in Antartica. What's even better is the message and the issues that it raises. I never would have considered wanting to go to such a place; but since this project, brought to my attention simply because of Orlando's loose attachment to the book, I've added it to the already long list of places I would love to travel to in my lifetime. Thanks Geri for bringing this one over here. I'm going to go watch it again I think.
serendipity
I don't want to get too far off topic, but after seeing this breathtaking video, there was a story on one of the cable news channels calling global warming a hoax. I wont say which one (Fox). It made me so angry to think people can't let go of politics long enough to see what's going on in the word. Sorry, rant over. I'mNotHere
To steal a quote from the movie Happy Feet - I wouldn't want to live in a world without penguins. It's not everyday that I have trouble tearing my eyes off the scenery long enough to look at Orlando, but Antarctica decidedly upstaged him. How utterly gorgeous. Thanks so much for the link. Leia
Wow. Goosebumps, anyone? That was indeed a very beautiful music video. Ever since I was a little girl, I've adored pinguins. I did a presentation on them when I was about 11 and I still think they're one of the most beautiful, fascinating creatures alive. It's very sad that their natural habitat is shrinking so fast. I just hope they won't have disappeared from this earth in ten years, like that Yangtze dolfin. Because that's a pretty scary thought. Orlando - as always - looks extremely cute in this video. Leave it up to him to make a Parka look sexy.. Think this will be on MTV?
Junebug
What a beautiful place! Words can hardly describe the scenery! So stunning and magnificent! I can only imagine how dwarfed one must feel when seeing this place, not just in size but in significance. Every scene was amazing, the waves, the penguins (adorable!), the sea lions, the sunset, the blue sky. Not to mention how cute was Orlando with the penguins! How fortunate for him to have the opportunity to see this majestic place! Thank you, Geri, for posting this.
HeySailor
What an awesome video, stills and Eskimo friend! Simply stunning. Palace Press also posted another video that is more behind-the-scenes of Sebastian's other pole visits to make the SOS image. . The 6 minute vid claims to have footage of Orlando Bloom but I couldn't spot him. They've also posted the book trailer from its website.
Kit-Kat
What an amazing video that Sebastian made. He is very talented indeed with the camera and the pictures were stunning of the landscape and everything. The penguins were adorable and seeing the joy on Orlando's face being down there was priceless. Thanks for sharing this Geri. This makes me want to do more to help save our enviroment. ~Kit-Kat~
Donna
If we don't stop Global Warming, this beautiful part of our planet will sadly be no more. And a lot more will be gone as well. I watch science and nature programs when I have the chance and so have seen quite a bit of Antarctica on those, but there's something special about Sebastian's photography. It truly moves you. I've become such a big fan of him as well.
