Thursday, September 25

• Arrivals throughout the day
• 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. - A welcome table will be set up to greet everyone after checking-in
• 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. - Welcome reception with buffet dinner at the hotel

Our convention will begin with a welcome reception at the hotel including a buffet dinner. Drinks may be purchased from the hotel bar. Prepare to squee as you meet up with friends old and new.

Friday, September 26

• Lunch and frivolity at a place to be announced, but the committee is working on something rather special
• 7:00 – 11:00 p.m. – Private movie watching at the hotel; more fun as FiveCon goes green – details from rebecca in due course

Alcoholic beverages purchased at the hotel bar may taken into the meeting room. Food and drink purchased outside the hotel may be taken to the guest rooms but not the meeting room.

Saturday, September 27

• A day on your own to explore the area. There’s so much to do in Boston. If you already have a plan in mind and would enjoy the company of other ka-Bloomies, feel free to start a thread in the convention forum. Don’t forget that your welcome pack includes a 7 day pass to use the Boston subway system
• 7:00 – 11:00 p.m. – Private movie watching at the hotel, our fourth annual raffle and of course, the highlight of the whole weekend, the Fling! (there is a rumour that both Will AND Legolas will be joining us for this year’s event)

Sunday, September 28

• 9:00 a.m. onwards - Farewells. Since breakfast is included in the price of the hotel room, this will take place in a designated area of the hotel restaurant
• Tearful departures and good-byes throughout the day
